The current Connector is actually the Cannonball Connector. Named after the original railroad trail, which is actually the site of the gravel trail now, from Cambridge to Rockdale. Though I think only the few who read the maps would know that. It is usually just referred to as The Connector.
The Creek is actually the Koshkonong Creek. Named after the famous (for all the Norwegian settlers in the area anyway) Koshkonong Prairie that drew all the settlers to the area for farming. In the 1800's the creek was named the White River. I guess it got downgraded

Might be confusing to call it Beaver Creek.
Maybe combine it all and name it White Beaver Hole?
