obviously somebody doesn't have a fatbike yet 

what about tractor pulls with fatbikes and sleds?  load a sled up with weight and try to pull it up the hill?

You could have a team event.  One guy pulls another guy in a sled who is drinking beer, then rotate each lap.  Someone should test this and report back... I guess I need a fatty too!

Love the idea of the keg-pull across the sand volleyball court. You may not "need" a fat bike to participate. But you will fail miserably without one

Followed by feats of strength of course :D
