in Group Rides, Bike Trips, and Events

Not sure what else to say that is not in the title. Plan to roll out at 10a. Please get there before and be ready to roll by then. The trails were getting stomped tonight so they should be set for some good riding by tomorrow morning.

Bring your fat bike, or try it on what you have. Give it a shot. Or come on out and hit the trails on snowshoes. The new trail along the creek is spectacular in this new snow. Or hit the groomers on your XC skis. I don't care which way you swing. You will have some fellow bikers to hang with and enjoy a beverage, or two, with when you are done

Josh from Camrock Cafe, Nick, Nick's son Kai, and I walked the trail from start to the first bridge in snow shoes, and Josh kept going to Camrock II.  I've never done a snow bike ride, but it seemed like conditions will be good for a ride tomorrow.

We had a group of 10 all on snow bikes ride for two hours and pack down a good bit of trail.  Thanks to Jeff at Camrock Cafe and Sport for rental snow bike.  It was great!   There are a couple of sections out of the woods that were deeper and didn't pack as well but should be pretty good after one more group ride.  The wooded sections were fantastic, particularly on the second lap.  There are some bigger trees we had to go around or duck under and some face slappers in places, but don't let that discourage you from getting out to enjoy the trails.

When I can get the pictures from my phone off of it and onto my PC, I'll post them.

Nice pics guys! And a great ride. A lot of fun out there riding in some pretty challenging conditions. We are learning a lot in a hurry about snow biking this year.

A great hard ride and fun hanging afterward as well. Sorry I had to run and get back the invasion of the entire Hutchens Clan or I would have enjoyed having another beverage or two

Post up any more rides you are thinking about over the holidays. I am around tomorrow until about 3p and would love to get out. Always more fun to ride with others.
