I lack the skills, legs, lungs, and desire to race while riding my bike -- especially in the dark.  But I would like to help.  Is there a list of volunteer jobs where I can sign-up?  Is there a particular two or three hour block of time when volunteers are most needed?

Hi Kevin:

Yes, there are plenty of volunteers needed.  Right now we need some volunteers for the bicycle olympics portion of the event that is going to start around 5:00.  We also need volunteers in the afternoon to help with parking,  selling raffle tickets, registration.   Let me know what you would like to do and I will send you more info.

Also, please note that the event is not just a race.  There will be group rides in the afternoon and many other non-race activities.
