Capitol Off-Road Pathfinders is proving hand tools from our CamRock inventory for benching of the trails built at Cascade Mountain this weekend. Tom Harron will deliver tools on Friday night and pick them up on Monday.

Labor day weekend, WORS will be hosting a trail building, pre-race festival at Cascade Mountain in Portage, WI. Camping on-site.

We will start the weekend with trail work from 9-3 (help as little or much as you like, hours equal miles, it all helps), followed by a group ride on the course.

We will have a cookout Saturday evening, bring a dish to pass if you like. Campfire, beverages, good times at sundown. Bring your bike lights.

Sunday we will begin the day with another ride followed by some more trail-tuning and an afternoon ride.

    Repeat for Monday.

Cascade is a short drive from the Devil's Lake/Baraboo area and the Wisconsin Dells. Lots to see and do. Great area for road biking as well(should we see who can climb to the top of Fox Glen Road most times in a row?) Smiles will be had. So come out for a fun weekend and donate some of your time to a course for a good cause(Cascade will be hosting the WIN Cycling Interscholastic Championships as well as WORS Race #11, a fundraiser for WIN Cycling).
    Hope to see you there.
