Camrock Area 3. 9am

Short session by shelter, then ride til 12, then grillout at shelter.

Hey Mods! Here is the text for the upcoming Skillz Ride on Oct. 6th




CORP is again hosting a FREE Skillz Klinik on Oct. 6th at CamRock Park, Area 3

We will have a short Clinic at the shelter, then it's off to use your new-found skillz on a trail ride, followed by food and refreshments!

- We will meet in the parking lot of Area 3 at 9am

- Ride to start around 10am

- Food and drinks around 12:30

(Ride/food times may change depending on interest of participants)

Also, we could use a few things:

post up if you have

- Large cooler to lend, mine is too small for more than 12 beers  :'(,

- Plastic skate ramp we can use to practice jumps in the grass,

- Extra charcoal you don't plan on using this winter

I plan on bringing a few modular TTFs, but the more the merrier (I'm looking at you Greg Hamilton)

I have a plastic skate ramp. Not sure if I can make it though. You could pick it up.

Nick just seeing this now.  Wife has stuff all over the calander for Oct 6- I will enter negotiations tonight.  Perfect venue for the event.

It's official, I'm not heading back to IA to help w/ harvest so I'll be around for this. I also have an avg size cooler I can bring. I'll do the ride, but I can also help w/ spotting or whatever's needed since I rode the last one.

FYI my weather man friend is saying we are likely to get 2" of rain from tonight through Saturday with locally heavier amounts...

Sounds like sun will be dry though

In the event of sloppy trails can we still plan the grass class and post ride beer?

I have a few half full bags of charcoal in my garage that I would be happy to donate on Sunday.

sorry I was a bit vague, but yeah I will be there. I hope to trade some charcoal for some new found skillz. And maybe have a couple beers with like minded people.
