I have an older frame and some parts lying around and I have no use for them but I need money so I'm selling it to anyone who might!
I have a mid to late 90's gt lts 4 frame, large if I had to guess, (no shock) with triple ring shimano cranks installed, look control pedals, and xtr brakes. I also have the 3t stem, azonic bars, yeti grips, stx front and rear derailleurs and shifters. And rear brake lever and cable. I'll throw in the original wheels with cassette too. And I'll give you the fork but the crowns broken, would make a cool decoration though! Everything is in great condition, frame barely has any scratches. Saw an identical near complete but in worse condition on ebay for $300. I have no use for this and I could use the money so maybe $75ish for everything, let me know if you're interested.
Frame looks like this:

Looks really cool in person! If you are at all interested comment or message me and I'm sure we can work something out!

I thought I sent a message on this...oh about last November 13th
Anywho. I still have a buddy I might be interested in getting this for. I am not clear from your description. Is it missing the rear shock and the front crown is broken, or just the front crown is broken? Or is it a GT LTS 4 hardtail?

Alright I never heard anything back so I figured he wasn't interested! Yeah it is a full sus, missing the elastometer shock. And the fork arch is broken as well.

Anyone have any ideas of that elastomer shock would still be available?

You wouldn't necessarily need to get the elastomer shock for it, all you need is the eye-to-eye and stroke length measurements and you could put any shock with those specs on it.
Finding that info on a frame that old may prove to be difficult though.
EDIT: A quick google seaarch came up with this...though it looks like this isn't a common size any longer.
5.25"x1.25".
And this...

It also looks like it depends on whether the frame needs a trunion mount shock or not.
If it does, I don't think the Risse Racing that I ebay-linked below will work.

I don't know it was given to me by a family member, wasn't mine. I think any elastometer shock would work but I'm not sure. Mostly I just want to clear the space out of my garage.

Sounds like I should get my hands on it and see if it is worth resurrecting or not. My buddy is quite a tinkerer so he would be up for digging into the parts to make it work. Though he knows a lot more about replacing the engine in a TDI than how to adjust a shock on a full susser
Give me a shout at 6:ZERO:8 7 seven 2 7 eight three 3. Lets make it work.
