My schedule these days makes it very hard for me to make the Monday Night Rides. I have multiple commitments on Mondays. So I am thinking about moving the night of the weekly rides. I thought I would see what others think. But I dont want to step on anyones toes either. So if others are set on keeping to past schedules, just post up.
Looking forward to your input. Chive on.

31 views is not a lot. But 0 votes is a lot less :P

We are half way through the voting period. I would love to have some input, even if that is "I don't care". At least that gives some direction and does not leave me guessing...

I've yet to do an after dark ride in the winter... How much colder does it feel without the sun & how much warmer does everyone typically dress as compared to daytime rides? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I've wanted to join the weekly CamRock night ride but am worried I'll freeze...

Dressing for night riding in the winter is not much different than a day ride. I dress the same as I would for a cloudy day. I consider that the "normal" dress and base it solely on the temperature. I will go one layer less if I am riding on a perfectly sunny summer day.
A 10 degree ride for me is a base t-shirt layer, long sleeve jersey, riding jacket on top. Shorts over thermal tights on the bottom. Below zero I add a thin nylon layer top and bottom.

So from the few responses received it seems that it is not a big deal on what night we have the rides. I had planned to bring this up at last weeks Board meeting to make sure there were not conflicts with other trail plane. But no one has brought it up here so I am going with it.
I did talk to quite a few folks on this and the consensus was that It either did not matter to them or that Thursday Night Rides would be a great way to start off the weekend.
So I am going with that! Thursday Night Rides it is. Some riding. Some BS'ing. And maybe a few beverages to round off the night and get the weekend started!
    6p every Thursday. Be there!
