I like this Black IPA much more than my previous  fave 1554.

@ Nelson  Doing what I can! I need a side by side comp between Black Top and Sublimly. BT is the fav currently.

As Chuck said not as chocolaty as you would expect but very well balanced between toasty and chocolaty. Perfect cap to a day with Central Waters Bourbon Barrel Stout, nitro Night Train (both on tap at Old Fashioned) and 3F Zombie Dust (on tap at Dexter's)! If you do not know these 3 beers you best go out and get them. They are the best beers on tap in Madison right now. Period.

Huh, I just tried their "Inverted IPA" and was pleasantly surprised.
