Had a pint of Sierra Nevada Black IPA yesterday with breakfast....
Excellent morning beer; not light, not dark, and perfectly bitter.

I've got S.N. Narwhal, Founder's Backwoods Bastard, and another Stone Collaboration ("Suede" imp. porter) in the fridge, ready to go. Gettin' thirsty on a Monday morning. A.P. - you're my hero!

Started with the Narwhal. Decent, but maybe not as good as the Green Flash double stout I had two weeks ago. Heavy on the chocolate and coffee, and the alcohol is a bit forward. Cheap, compared to other imp stouts.

I know this is old news, but I was pleased to walk into woodmans last night and find both Mercy and Brown Shugga back on the shelves at the same time. I left with a lot of sixers. Didn't feel like branching out at all, it was like comfort food....

A good Thirsty Thursday indeed. I got a great night ride in on a full loop of Standing Rocks. And wouldn't you know it the O'so Tap House is all of 10 miles away
Have to say I have never had a Nitro hoppy beer before. O'so Nitro Hopdinger. Quite tasty in this rendition. Even better after a ride.
If you are ever heading through the Stevens Point/Plover area make this a must-stop. 30 seconds off I-39/Hwy 51.
