Full Time Bicycle Shop Team Member
(This is not a seasonal position)
Job Description
We are looking for someone to fill a hybrid position. One day you might be busy helping customers find the bicycle of their dreams, or lending a hand at a event to promote the shop, and the next day you might be working with our online segment. Job duties will not be limited to one sector and requires someone that has an open mind and a willingness to be part of a team in most aspects the business has to offer.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in store, on the phone, and via email while conducting yourself in a professional manner.
Multi-Tasking several projects and jobs and keeping organized
Bicycle mechanic
Product research
Event assistance
Retail sales
Warehouse duties
Organization and cleaning
Packaging and shipping
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, We prefer candidates with an associate's degree
Ability to learn a multitude of skill sets and not be overwhelmed by an ever changing environment
Good business sense; excellent communication skills; computer savvy
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities
Bicycle knowledge and skill sets a plus
Compensation: $11-15/hr
