                                    100mm or greater travel fork
             Preferred - 1 x
                                           Tubeless
                                           29er

Associates told me Machinery Row or Budget has or will have some Trek demo fleet bikes for sale and bikes build from warranty stock frames. That might be a good way to get 1x and 29r.
