Planning to bring a friend to the Cam Rock Ride tonight. He needs to rent a bike.

It will be hard to beat my performance last week.  Punctured rear tire, broken brake lever, and dented top-tube.

Frame builder.  He makes some pretty sweet bikes.  He's actually currently building my cyclocross / gravel grinder bike.

Custom steel frame and fork set (you pick the type of bike) are $1050, frame only starts at $850.  Much better route to go than a mid to high end stock frame IMHO.

Good times tonight, fellas (and chica!). Best pace out at the 'rock in a long time. I actually earned that beer tonight!

Welcome our new MBR, John (Fitz Custom Cycles). The FNG gets the MBR! Did a great job wielding that SS Spot like a pro.

I'm sad that I'll miss next week's folly, but I'll be doin' OK riding Levis/Trow for 3 days instead. Wood tick central, I hear. 

Sad I had to miss it. I swung through about 9p and found the employees of CRS, and the locals hanging out. No COPRers to be found. Thought that was a bad sign. But was informed it was a great turnout. Folks just headed out early. Glad to hear of the good showing tonight 8)

Anyway, glad to hear it was a good trurnout, and a good ride. I also left some room for others to get the MBR I will be back in two weeks to take a shot at reclaiming the title, so watch out!
