This ride has been the best fun I've had in ages! Been a supreme pleasure meeting everyone. An inspiration following so many excellent riders, especially chasing Reed and the Mayor through the Burr Oaks and Outback. Chuck, you are a force! And all capped off with beer swilling and ceremony. Thanks for the kuddos! It was a great time as usual on Monday. Particularly a lot of fun doing laps in teh Expert Woods! Always more to learn out there.

It was a nice to see the proper honor and respect given to the passing of the Crumpled Heap award 8) Very moving. Brought a tear to my eye

Hey dudes who haven't heard from or seen me in a while. 

I'm not working 12 hr shifts into the early morning anymore.  Back to normal person hours finally!

I would like to join in on this ride but I would need some help on transportation.  I can finish work on mondays at 4 pm on the eastside right of 51 on cottage grove rd and can leave from there, or I live right downtown next to james madison park and can be there anytime after 4:30.  Or I can meet you anywhere I can ride to after 4.

If I can hitch a ride with someone I will gladly trade you beer for gasoline!

I can't do it this monday but would like to next monday.

Gonna miss it again tomorrow. Spent the weekend up in Copper Harbor, and need to get some work done. Looks like it'll be another sweat fest!

I'm glad I could finally make it out to one of these, that was fun, but maybe a little on the warm side.  Chuck, it's nice to see you order for rain came in, can you pull some strings to get some cooler weather next Monday?

Another Monday Night Ride & Folly, another heat advisory. No I guess my order for lesser heat did not get all the way to the big guy. 

Planning on being there though. If you ride at a good recreational clip and don't gas yourself, the shade and breeze actually feel good though. At least that is the excuse I will use for my slowness this summer ;-) Always a way better time than not riding. And the after-ride goes without saying.

I rode in to work (from East side, not DeFo!), and was pretty soaked within 3 miles. I know I'm not THAT out of shape...so there must be a wee bit of moisture in the air!  8)

Sorry I missed two weeks in a row now. Back from a week in Michigan Sunday and found myself facing a crushing work clusterf*. Plus, I drove 12 hours Sunday and couldn't face even a 30 minute drive last night.

If not raining, I'm trying for a ride tonight 4 or 5PM. Look forward to next week!

My work schedule is back to nights but I will try to take one off in a few weeks to come out and join in the fun!

For sure.  Jerseys will be at the Cam-Rock ride.

I'll get some $$ to you via paypal asap. The jersey fit and look way better than I expected (I'll never doubt again!) Thanks for putting this together Nate, you rock buddy. I hope the ride was equally rock-tastic!

Had a great time last night pushing the pace, being pushed, watching several spectacular crashes (no serious injuries other than some impressive trail rash on the young guy that will heal quickly), and lively post ride banter.  I'm looking forward to the night version that is promised for next week.
