I'm planning on riding there tonight. It is a mass start,short track format. Probably lasting less than a half hour, then they pair up two riders for a relay race with each rider doing three laps. The short track course changes weekly, but usually does NOT include the big climb out there. The racing starts at 6 p.m.. I plan on getting there around 4:30 for more riding enjoyment. Nominal fee, big fun.
