I'm planning on squeezing in some exercise starting at about 2:30 or 3:00 this afternoon (Sunday 11/25). Running, roller-skiing and kayaking are out because of knee problems. Swam yesterday, so don't want to do that again today (besides, it's too nice outside to do anything at the indoor fitness center). I'm not much interested in road-biking this time of year. So that leaves either canoeing or mountain biking.
Anybody interested in getting out for a little fresh air? Let me know by calling or texting me at six0eight, seven-one-two, 0 nine 8 0. Even though I like mtn-biking, I'm not especially fast, and I shy away from the hardest stuff -- I'm mediocre at best.
My first choice for biking would be Quarry Ridge because it's close to home, but Blackhawk or Blue Mounds would not be out of the question.
