    Hey everyone,

The Midwest's largest bike swap is coming in T minus 2 weeks!  CORP has a booth this year...what does this mean for you?  We need people to man the booth for the day.  Talk to people about what CORP does, who we are, etc...

This is also an opportunity for CORP members to display your wares.  Got parts to get rid of?  This is the best place to do it!  There is lots of stuff to browse as well...the tough part is to leave with more money in your pocket, and fewer old bike parts than you came with.

I'll be there for the duration...who's free to spend a little bit of time in the booth?  If you've got stuff to sell, either be prepared to stay all day, or have your stuff clearly marked with price and who it belongs to somehow.  Otherwise the money just might make it into the CORP till and never come out!  People haggle their selves to death at this thing too, so have your absolute lowest price in mind as well.

    More info here...

Post up if you can make it!  I don't want to sit there all day by myself!

Tom H, if there is a booth that needs to get set-up, let me know!  If anyone else has promotional materials, let's coordinate that as well!

I can now make it  for a few hours including some shopping time.  Don't know on morning or afternoon yet.

I'm looking for a person to help with the schlep of gear into the swap in the morning and booth set up.  Gates open for that at 7:30.  The event opens to the public at 9:00 so it's a bit of a mad house.

What do you get for getting up early?  Free entry to the event.  Best pickins of the deals on display (before the unwashed masses even get in the door!)

Meet me there somewhere between 7:15-7:30, get in free.

Nate, I can meet you there by 7:30.  I have some stuff to sell and can man the booth for a bit in the AM.

    Good deal!

I'm double checking with the swap coordinators, but I think I've got one more wristband to give out if anyone wants to show up early and help out!

Gimme a call on Saturday morning Dewayne...

As of now I do.  Waiting on confirmation from the organizers of the swap about number of included wristbands.  I'll let you know as soon as I know.

Bin, I've got a wristband for you.  Thanks for the help guys!  All the early AM free entry slots are taken.  The rest of you will have to be part of the mob that gets in at 9:00.

Early entrance is capped.  I think we'll have more than enough help loading in and setting up.

Everyone else is encouraged to attend through the front gate and stop by the booth and hang out a bit.  If you feel moved to give me money for my bike parts, feel free ;D!
