in Group Rides, Bike Trips, and Events

Monday was another spectacular fall Monday Night Ride. By my count 13 of us out to enjoy the evening and the trails.
The Big Mama got a new set of shoes (Thanks again Nate!). That are working awesome and add some stiffness to that steed.
We had enough for a rabbit group to take off. There were enough for a few foxes chasing as well.
The rest of us took in the scenery a bit more. And stopped more often to "re-group". Once we did that for a bit Tim would just ride off! He would not say anything. He would just ride away. I think being a new daddy and no sleep is getting to him We did not want him to get disoriented and wander around the woods all night alone, so we would follow him.
Some good beverages and BS back at the CORP Garage afterward as well. I would have loved to stick around longer but that dang alarm going off at 3:15 was nagging.
Lets hope for more awesome fall riding! It is almost like Mother Nature is trying to pay us back for the cold and wet spring and early summer. Thanks Mama!

No issues Tim. We all got a bit of a kick out of it. I remember the days of being a new dad and life not being on the same plane as it used to be.

I got out earlier this afternoon.  Was actually going to get some fuel in me and hang out with you guys a little bit (for once); even brought a light.  Then my brand new rear wheel imploded.

Hope you guys had as much fun as I did, but fewer mishaps

Great ride last week. I hope we can keep this going.
Unfortunately I won't be able to make it tonight. Work and family got in the way. I will return next week.
Dress warm it is dang cold out there. There is beer in the fridge

So who made it out tonight? I know of at least one. 'Twas a wee bit nippy
I should be back out next week.

I got out there. There were 3 of us that night. It's getting real cold out. Maybe we should look at a Noon sunday ride instead?

I plan on doing a couple of laps after work but I'm usually ready to ride by 5:15.

I'll be out there tonight, I just hope I packed enough warm clothes....

What does no drop group mean?

It just means that no one gets left behind.

I plan to be there as well. Should be another nice night. Much warmer than last week. But that is relative.
Get out tonight as the next few days are looking pretty moist. Cold and wet is not a great combination.

I've got a bike and lights in my car but don't know if I can get there until after 6.  I assume you'll be off and running by then.
